About Us
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Nursing was established in the year 2006 under the Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Charitable and Educational Trust with an aim to prepare qualified nurses to provide competent and comprehensive nursing care based on scientific knowledge and humanistic values across various settings.
In the year 2011, we have got the approval to start M.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing, GNM and ANM Programme from the Indian Nursing Council, Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council and Affiliated to The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University. Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan college of Nursing is located in Thuraiyur road, Perambalur.
The college building measures 51,590 sq.ft with all infrastructure facilities including class room, labs, library, play ground, auditorium and hostel. The college has collaborative arrangement with various speciality hospital and community centre to fulfill the needs of the students.

Vision of Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of nursing is to propagate socially meaningful health care, nursing education and research will adherence to moral, legal and ethical values.
Mission
To build all round and overall development of the nursing students by providing balance between curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
To organize, sequence and integrate the teaching – learning activities to involve explicit and implicit curricula.
To focus on attitude building and personality development of nursing for provision of excellent quality patient care.
To prepare the nursing students to meet the current nursing challenges and demands of the society.
To develop leadership skills and group dynamics among nursing students to promote collaborative holistic patient care.
