About Us
JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysuru established its first Speech and hearing institute in Mysuru in the year 2001. The institute is affiliated to the University of Mysore and is recognised by the Rehabilitation Council of India, Govt. of India. The Institute offers graduate (BASLP), postgraduate [MSc (Audiology), MSc (SLP) and MASLP] courses and PhD in Speech and Hearing/SLP/Audiology.
Vision
The centre aims to generate quality human resources and also to reach out to the needy population in this region. The institute also conducts public education activities on speech and hearing such as camps, orientation programs to create awareness among the general public.
