About Us
I am Colonel Achal Sridharan, VSM (Retd), Managing Director of Covai Property Centre (India) Private Limited. I would like to share with you some insight on my team at Covai Property Centre, which is an Ex-serviceman's enterprise. After my tenure in the army, where I served in the Regiment of Artillery, I embarked on a Vision to create Quality constructions at an affordable cost which meets customers' expectations. The means to realise my vision was through transparency in dealings, timely completion of projects and through continuous improvement. The travails of my second career after the stint in the army commenced in 1995 when I was with Sankar Realtors and Properties (P) Ltd and between 1995 and 2001, we created a Gated Community spread over 18 acres, named Paripoorana Estates in Kovaipudur, Coimbatore, besides building a Senior Citizens' Home.
