JM & sons English bakery was started during the year 1935by Mr. S.Mudiappa Chettiar, who was a tailor- turned-baker to serve the European clients. That was the time when baking procedures are closely guarded family secrets. After few trials and errors, he pioneered the art of Bread making in the era where yeast was not yet invented.
