About Us
The Coimbatore District Welfare Association (CDWA), established in 1993, has been successfully running a Senior Citizens Home on the Perur – Siruvani Road at Mathipalayam Village for the past fifteen years. Forty (male and female) senior citizens from the underprivileged sections of society have made it their home and reside in a calm and peaceful atmosphere with dignity. This home is entirely free for all its residents and maintained primarily through donations from philanthropists.

A society where elders are healthy, happy, empowered and socially integrated. We aim to contribute to the to the building of a society in which people are encouraged and enabled to age productively and with dignity.
Mission
Our mission is to provide quality care to the underpriviliged Senior Citizens so that they can enjoy their second-child-hood comfortably and happily.
