About Us
When the Kalpataru Vidya Samsthe Trust was formed in 1962, to administer Kalpataru College, it offered all the three streams of arts, science and commerce. The college flourished for two decades until the strength exceeded 2,500 students. Independent college for the Arts and Commerce streams was established in the year 1982 and was named after the founder president and philanthropist, Pallagatti Adavappa, while, the science college retained the name Kalpataru.
