The College is affiliated to Karnataka State Law University, Hubli and recognized by Bar Council of India, New Delhi. It conducts three year LL.B. Course since 1984. From 2004-05 Five Year LL.B. law course has been started. The college has a Governing Council duly constituted by Seshadripuram Educational Trust.
