With the blessings of Sha. Bra. Shri. Chandramouleshwara Shivacharya Swamiji, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Polytechnic was established in the year 2008-09 with three branches namely Electronics and Communication engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering and Mechanical engineering with an intake of 40 students.
