About Us
Smt. Veeramma Gangasiri College for women, was the first women’s College in the entire region of Hyderabad Karnataka area, established in the year 1965 with the liberal donation from Basawanappa Gangasiri. The College was named after the donor’s mother Smt. Veeramma Gangasiri. The College was initially affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad in 1965, then to Gulbarga University, Kalaburagi in 1980.
